Rovantelle operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore. We do not accept orders or provide deliveries to international addresses outside of this jurisdiction. By using our site, you confirm that you are a resident of Singapore or are purchasing for delivery to a Singaporean address.

This localized focus ensures that we can maintain our delivery speed and comply with all local consumer regulations effectively. All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and our compliance standards are built specifically to meet the requirements of Singaporean law and Google’s transparency standards for local commerce.

Module: Logistics and Fulfillment

We understand that receiving your shoes promptly is a priority. Our delivery process is structured to be fast and predictable. Once you place an order, our team requires exactly 1 business day to handle the packaging and internal shipping preparation. Following this preparation phase, the transit period takes a maximum of 2 business days. Therefore, the total timeline for your order to reach your doorstep is between 2 to 3 business days.

We aim for consistency in these timelines to ensure you know exactly when to expect your package. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore. Our cancellation policy is straightforward. You may cancel your order at any time as long as the product is still within our facility. However, once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed.

At that stage, the order cannot be stopped or redirected. We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You will pay the full amount to the delivery agent at your doorstep. We believe in total transparency regarding costs; therefore, there are no hidden charges, no extra taxes added at the end, and no shipping costs. The price you see on the website is the final amount you pay.

Module: Returns and Refunds

Rovantelle provides a 30-day return policy, which begins on the day your package is delivered. This policy is designed to protect you in the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. If your order arrives with a defect or is not the model you selected, please send an email to contact@rovantelle.com.

We will arrange a courier pickup from your location at no cost to you. We handle the logistics and the expenses for these returns because we believe in standing behind the quality of the products we send out. There is no restocking fees applied to any valid returns.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 24 hours. Following this inspection, we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or, if a replacement is unavailable or the damage is severe, we will initiate a full refund. Since we operate via Cash on Delivery, we do not have your payment details on file.

We will contact you via email to request your bank details for a secure transfer. Once we receive this information, the refund is processed. It typically takes between 5 and 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your specific banking provider’s processing times.

It is important to note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to a change of mind. We encourage you to review your choice and the sizing information thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. This policy allows us to maintain our efficiency and keep our prices fair for everyone in Singapore. We only intervene with replacements or refunds when there is a genuine error or a physical issue with the product itself.
